Anxious for Nothing

Books

  • God can bring good results out of bad circumstances.
  • Our bleakest days are often His way of preparing us for our best ones.
  • It can take adversity to cause someone to realize they’re lost and in need of a savior.
  • God uses people and problems to move us from lost to found.
  • God’s GRACE means He blesses us even when we don’t deserve it.
  • God’s MERCY means he doesn’t punish us when we do deserve it.
  • A STRONG TOWER is a metaphor for God as a place of refuge and protection.
  • Never let the troubles of the world or your life, cause you to worry. (Matthew 28:18)
  • Pray today that God will help you trust Him more and more with every passing day.
  • Pray that when times of conflict or turmoil come you’ll turn to Him and to His Word. Let Him give you wisdom to respond well adn to trust Jesus to be my Maker, Defender, Redeemer and Friend.
  • Make time for secret prayer. If we live with an attitude of prayer, we’re always in His presence.
  • Don’t give up on Him when it comes to prayer. Keep on asking, keep on seeking, keep on knocking on Jesus’ door.
  • Have peace with God.
  • Life. isfull of battles and conflicts. The LORD will fight for you for our battles are Jesus’ battles.
  • If you find yourself worrying, get alone with God and worship Him.
